Spring Get Away: Sandles Under $100

With the cold temperatures lately I have been day dreaming about warmer weather the fashion that comes with it. I am going on a spring getaway in just a few weeks and have been on the look out for some new warm weather shoes. I absolutely LOVE the blush colored pair (number 1) from Zara! I also just bought the wedges (number 3) from Target. I needed a new pair of nude wedges because they are always a go to for me and these are less then $30 and fit great.

Happy Saturday! It is sooo cold today. Where I am the feels like temperature is -5 degrees. Needless to say layers are NEEDED today. I cannot stand to be cold, so much so that I even use the seat warmers in my car in the summer! I love this sweater that I am wearing in this post. I got it from J.Crew around this time last year and I got it on sale for $39!! It is so warm and is made so well. I've mentioned this before but shopping J.Crew's sales is one of the best places you can find a great deal on quality clothing.

5 Things I Am Loving

Onzie Leggings – I have been wearing these leggings so much lately! Not only do they fit so well but they do not stretch out at all with repeated wear. If you are looking for some fun mesh insert legging I highly recommend these!

Free People ‘Koda’ Scarf – I have this scarf in both the Shark and Rouge color. These scarfs have completely replaced all of my other scarfs this winter. I wear one or the other almost everyday! Also, since it is named the ‘Koda’ scarf I couldn’t help but use a picture of Koda and I for this post!

Sheepskin Loafer Moccasins – A few years ago while my dad and I were in Montana visiting family we came across a store named Three Dog Down. There I found the best Sheepskin Loafer Moccasins! I have had mine for years and literally wear them almost every day, especially during the winter. They are the best quality slippers I have ever found (way better then some of the popular brands)! If you are looking for a pair that will last a long time these are it!

Way of Life App – I have been using this app for about a year now and love it! If you are working towards goals and creating habits this app is great! You set up simple Yes or No goals to track that you can track daily. I use it to track several goals I have for the year. One of them being exercise. Everyday I workout I check yes and why I love the app so much it that you able to look at trends. Some times little things or habits are hard to remember or to notice your progress but this app helps you track and really notice your improvements.

Walks – Nothing to link here! It’s so simple but I think that is why it is so great. Going for walks! With family, friends, dogs or alone I have been trying to make a habit of walking for at least 40 minutes a regular part of my routine. I have continued to hear from others how important going for a walk can be for your life and I really believe it. I don’t think I’ve ever come home from a walk and regretted going. Even if I only get 30 minutes in it is always worth it.

I found this hat while at H&M doing some shopping after Christmas. Ever since I bought it I have been wearing it almost daily. It been so cold and snowy the past few weeks and I really have noticed that I am so much warmer when wearing a hat. It’s also a great way to cover up a bad hair day when running so errands!

Now that it is February, I’m really ready for spring already! I’m hoping Punxsutawney Phil is right and that spring comes early this year!
